Because our products are liquidation and surplus goods, all items are sold “AS IS” and all sales are final.

We encourage buyers to carefully review product descriptions, photos, and conditions before purchase.

Returns & Refunds

  • returns and exchanges are accepted on liquidation pallets, lots, or bulk purchases.
  • Refunds are available once an order has been confirmed and shipped and has any issues from our end.
  • these may only apply if the wrong pallet was shipped (different from your order) or an error happened during shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please note: liquidation goods are often mixed-condition (new, shelf-pulls, customer returns, or overstock). This is clearly stated in our product descriptions. For this reason, we do not guarantee condition and do not issue refunds for damages or defects.

Shipping Issues

If your pallet arrives with significant shipping damage (caused during transit), please:

  1. Take clear photos of the pallet upon delivery.
  2. Contact us within 24 hours at 📧 info@palletliquidationz.com.
  3. We will work with the carrier on a claim, if applicable.
